1. Economy class return group airfare is being utilized. Deviations from the group itinerary will escalate ticket cost.

2. Price and Airlines are subject to change without notice prior to departure due to unforeseen circumstances, major currency fluctuation and any change in airfares. All terms and conditions of the respective airlines apply.

3. Any increase in rate of exchange can lead to the increase in the cost of surface transportation and land arrangement, which may come into effect prior to departure.

4.Airfare & Exchange rates prevalent at the time of the booking will apply.

5. Any overstay expenses due to delay or change in flight timings will be borne by the passenger. Golden Wings Tours Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any such expenses, however assistance will be provided to the best of our abilities.

6. The registration amount ensures inclusion on the tour. The passenger would be entitled for air ticket, accommodation, etc. only after making the complete payment.

7. Any delay in complying with the payment terms gives us right to cancel the booking and forfeit the registration.

8. Confirm your return date prior to departure (if not returning with the group). Return date other than the group would be subject to availability and would be permitted subject to terms & conditions of the respective airlines.

9. No refund is permissible on unutilized air-ticket or land arrangement.

10. In case of visa refusal, cancellation policy as per brochure would apply over and above the non-refundable registration amount.
