" Lunch, Porterage
" Entrance fee to the fair ground.
" All personal expenses like Laundry, Telephone Calls,
Wine, Liquors, Mineral Water, after dinner Coffee or Tea
and the meals, not included in the itinerary.
" Any other item of personal nature not specifically
mentioned under "Tour Price Includes".

Payment Terms
Registration: (Non-refundable) Rs. 7,500/-
Balance payment before issuance of Air Tickets and other
travel formalities: Complete INR Payment incl. extras (one
month prior to the fair)
Foreign Exchange: Complete (15 days prior to fair)
CANCELLATION
If due to some unforeseen circumstances you are not
able to travel on the tour, kindly inform about your
cancellation in writing. The following cancellation
charges will be applicable over & above the non-refundable
registration amount of Rs. 7,500/-
