REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS VISA - |
|
|
GERMAN |
- Individual passport with a minimum validity
of six months.
- No VISA will be issued on the additional pages
- Two recent colored, light background passport size
photographs
- Confirmed Return Air Ticket (will be arranged by
Golden Wings Tours Pvt. Ltd.)
- VISA application form duly filled and signed as per
the passport
- Overseas Mediclaim policy for a minimum of 14 days
- Last three years income tax returns and advance
payments. (Company & Personal)
- Bank statement for last 3 months
If partner, a copy of the partnership deed, if Company,
Memorandum and Article of Association, if proprietor,
Certificate of Incorporation. If self employed then last
03 years Form 16 or TDS, in case of an employee pertaining
a leave letter from the company, copy of salary
certificate.
- Invitation letter/entrance tickets to the
fairground
- Overseas business correspondence
- Copy of Import Export Licence
- Covering letters
A. To the Indo-German Chamber
of Commerce requesting for recommendation letter for
Business VISA.
B. To the VISA Officer, Embassy of Germany
for issuance of Business VISA
C. Authorization letter to Golden Wings
Tours Pvt. Ltd, for collection of Passport on your
behalf

- Exchange or credit card copy
- Invitation, on Chinese company letterhead,
either directly faxed from China OR attested by
Foreign Economic Relation Department in China.
- Exchange or Company letter head to be sent
along with documents.
