" Bank statement for last 3 months
" If partner, a copy of the partnership deed, if Company, Memorandum and Article of Association, if proprietor, Certificate of Incorporation. If self employed then last 03 years Form 16 or TDS, in case of an employee pertaining a leave letter from the company, copy of salary certificate
